Helping homeseekers to navigate their buying journey or simply helping to demystify how shared ownership works, the Campaign in 2024 reach over 2.4M accounts on social media, launched a dedicated @sharedowneship account on TikTok and in 2025, saw the launch of our podcast, Make The Move.
Shared Ownership Council (SOC)
The Shared Ownership Council (SOC) is a cross-sector initiative set up in 2023 to help drive improvements to the shared owner experience, with the goal of unlocking a stronger and fairer shared ownership market. To create a more balanced and sustainable model which works for shared owners and providers alike, SOC is launching a new voluntary Shared Ownership Code - this aims to foster transparency, drive better experiences for shared owners and encourage best practice across the industry.
