National Shared Ownership Campaign

Administered by Keaze, the National Shared Ownership Campaign brings together housing providers and suppliers to the shared ownership sector collectively to raise awareness and understanding of the tenure. Helping homeseekers to navigate their buying journey or simply helping to demystify how shared ownership works, the Campaign in 2024 reach over 2.4M accounts on social media, launched a dedicated @sharedowneship account on TikTok and in 2025, saw the launch of our podcast, Make The Move.

Shared Ownership Council (SOC)

The Shared Ownership Council (SOC) is a cross-sector initiative set up in 2023 to help drive improvements to the shared owner experience, with the goal of unlocking a stronger and fairer shared ownership market. To create a more balanced and sustainable model which works for shared owners and providers alike, SOC is launching a new voluntary Shared Ownership Code - this aims to foster transparency, drive better experiences for shared owners and encourage best practice across the industry.
