Helen Reddington
Director of Home Ownership, The Riverside GroupHelen has had a long and varied career in the housing sector, joining a local authority housing department as a graduate trainee almost 35 years ago and, has worked across housing management, leasehold, regeneration and development disciplines at a senior level. She is a subject matter expert in affordable home ownership products including Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy, a voluntary Board member of a small community-based association and, a proud Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Helen joined the Riverside Group in 2020, one of the largest national housing providers in the UK and as Director of Home Ownership, is responsible for sales and marketing of new homes, leasehold and tenancy services to home ownership customers, and the group’s commercial property portfolio across the country. From July, following the integration of One Housing Group into Riverside, she will take on responsibility for the group’s sales, home ownership and commercial activity in London and the service charge and rent policy function across all tenures within the Riverside Group.

Marie’s background is in policy and public affairs, both in the housing and charity sectors.
Jacqueline Esimaje-Heath
Board Member, Yorkshire HousingJacqui is an architecturally-trained real estate director who’s worked in the private and public sectors. She’s currently a regional development director at the charitable housing association L & Q. During her career she’s been responsible for residential property development, housing and management consultancy, regeneration, private sector renewal and residential sales and marketing.
She’s an experienced non-exec director, with over 20 years’ experience in providing strategic leadership in the not-for-profit sector. She’s also mentored people at both non-exec and operational levels.
Jacqui is also Chair of the Growth and Investment Committee.
Helen Fielding
Development and Investment Director, BroadacresHelen is Director of Development and Investment at Broadacres, a North Yorkshire based Housing Association with a vision to be the best rural housing association in the country. Helen leads the Development programme, and the ambitious plans for decarbonising the housing stock.
Helen joined Broadacres in August 2022, after 9 years with Homes England specialising in affordable housing investment across the North of England. Prior to that Helen’s housing career spans over 30 years and has taken her from the South Coast to North Yorkshire where she has held roles in community engagement, housing strategy and delivery. She is passionate about delivering rural and sustainable homes and developing great partnerships to make that happen.
Miranda Foster
Head of Affordable Housing Technical Hub, Homes EnglandMiranda is the Head of the Technical Hub team at Homes England. The Technical Hub is responsible for grant funding programme development and management. The team acts as the guardian for grant investment, leading on the stewardship, governance and operational control framework for delivery. The team also leads on strategic business and programme planning working closely with Government stakeholders to develop new products and funding initiatives. Previously she worked for a housing association looking after the sales and post sales teams, and prior to this her career was in banking.

Chief Executive, National Housing FederationKate Henderson is Chief Executive of the National Housing Federation (NHF), the voice of housing associations in England. Kate is passionate about tackling the housing crisis, inequality and climate change. She is a member of several government panels including the Rough Sleeping Advisory Panel and the Social Housing White Paper Expert Challenge Panel. Kate become a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in 2021. Prior to joining the NHF in 2018, Kate was Chief Executive of the Town and Country Planning Association.

Head of Strategy & Analysis, West Midlands Combined AuthorityRob is Head of Strategy & Analysis for the WMCA’s Housing Property & Regeneration team, working across the Directorate on leading-edge strategy including the development of the devolved regional Affordable Homes Programme post 2026.
Prior to this, Rob’s roles at WMCA have focused on Covid-19 Recovery Planning, affordable housing delivery and business and communications strategy.
Before joining the WMCA, Rob worked in corporate policy and communications for local authorities, membership organisations and Chambers of Commerce, as well as consultancy work on public affairs and research for thinktanks and industry bodies.
Kelly McCabe
Managing Director, The Mortgage PeopleKelly founded TMP The Mortgage People in 2005 and has overseen the brokerage’s sustained growth to become one of the UK’s leading Shared Ownership specialists. The company employs over 45 people (and counting) and helps thousands of customers each year to secure the places that become their homes. TMP is well known for its ‘amazingly helpful’ way of working and prides itself on collaborating with many of the biggest (and smallest) lenders in the market, as well as some 70+ Housing Association partners. Kelly’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and her investment in looking after her team and customers makes her a regular speaker at industry events. Kelly and her team also create and share comprehensive data reports, market updates and articles within the industry, and are responsible for Mortgage Ready, a unique app that allows prospective homeowners to calculate when they will be able to take their first step on the property ladder. In addition, she founded and runs a national event called Tea & Affordable Housing, which encourages closer links between Housing Associations and lenders.
Paul McCarthy
National Key Account Manager, SantanderPaul joined Santander in 1996 and after a period working in their broker facing regional offices and as a regional underwriter became a BDM. He was promoted to National Key Account Manager in 2006 and now works alongside some of Santander for Intermediaries key distribution partners. Since 2014 he has also held responsibility for the development of SFI’s new build proposition and more recently their shared ownership proposition.

Head of Building and Fire Safety Programmes, National Housing FederationVictoria leads the National Housing Federation’s building safety work, which focusses on supporting housing associations in their work to remediate buildings, shaping and preparing for the new regulatory system and developing long-term cultural change around safety. Victoria comes from a communications, policy and public affairs background, with experience in both housing and the charity sectors.
Imran Mubeen
Director of Treasury, BromfordImran leads the treasury team at Bromford Housing Group. Imran has raised over £1.5bn of new funding with UK and overseas investors, issuing the group’s debut public bond and inaugural US private placement. He has pioneered sustainable finance, delivering the first green and governance linked loans in the social housing sector, and expanding Bromford’s trading update to become the first housing association to set out performance against sustainability golden metrics. Imran published Bromford’s accredited sustainable finance framework, and the group’s sustainability impact report which adopts the SRS and is now delivered annually.
Imran continues to drive Bromford’s sector leading dual credit rating platform with Moody’s (A2) and S&P (A+) and is a key driver of thought leadership in the sector on all matters related to finance, treasury and sustainability.

Francesca now leads, manages and develops L&Q’s Homeownership Team. Actively looking at innovative ways of working in order to maximise income generation, make best use of L&Q’s existing assets and increasing customer satisfaction. Francesca's team are responsible for generating one of L&Q’s main sources of additional income.

Affordable Home Ownership Manager, Homes EnglandJon has over twenty years of property industry related experience and joined Homes England’s products team in 2023. He spent the proceeding five years working for an affordable housing provider where he had a leading role in selling their shared ownership homes across BANES, Wiltshire, and Somerset. He brings a wealth of knowledge and lived experience from working in the industry which aids in answering enquiries regarding affordable housing products from both customers and providers, as well as a strong understanding of the practical application of Homes England’s Guidance.
Stephen Teagle
Chief Executive, Partnerships & Regeneration, VistryStephen Teagle is the Chief Executive of Partnerships and Regeneration for Vistry Group the largest builder of affordable housing in England and a leading regeneration specialist. Working with Registered Providers and Local Authorities Vistry Group is in the vanguard of playing its part to increase the supply of housing and help build sustainable communities.
Stephen is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the regeneration and affordable housing sectors, he joined Vistry Group following a successful period as CEO of the Partnerships arm of Galliford Try. Before this Stephen worked for a major Registered Provider, where he was Group Director of Investment and Managing Director of a development subsidiary.
A respected housing commentator, Stephen is also Chair of the Housing Forum, a cross-sector membership network of 150 organisations and businesses that collaborates to promote improved supply and better quality homes.

Head of Sales, The Guinness PartnershipNatasha Tull, BA CIHM CeMAP is the current Head of Sales at The Guinness Partnership and has over a decade of experience in the affordable new homes sector having worked at Genesis, Clarion and Optivo (now Southern). Natasha has lead front line teams delivering affordable home ownership products across the country and advocates for Shared Ownership with a keen interest in customer service and enhancing the products mainstream visibility.
Nikki Weafer
Post Sales Manager, AbriNikki is Post Sales Manager at Abri and has been with the company for over nine years and has over 16 years’ experience in the social housing sector. She previously worked as a Housing Development Officer for Southampton City Council, helping with the provision of new affordable housing. Nikki is passionate about affordable housing and is a real advocate for shared ownership and how housing can change people’s lives. Outside of work she has a teenage daughter who she fondly plays taxi and bank to and enjoys going for walks with their beloved Cockapoo called Rolo.
