In his role as Director of Intermediary Relationships, Rob is responsible for nurturing and developing key broker and distribution partners for Pepper Money.
Rob is passionate about mortgages but more importantly the people he works with within the industry. As a result, he is the host of The Specialist Podcast. A platform created to provide established and upcoming stars in the industry an opportunity to discuss everything mortgages and beyond.

Miranda Foster
Head of Programmes and Products, Homes EnglandMiranda is the Head of the Technical Hub team at Homes England. The Technical Hub is responsible for grant funding programme development and management. The team acts as the guardian for grant investment, leading on the stewardship, governance and operational control framework for delivery. The team also leads on strategic business and programme planning working closely with Government stakeholders to develop new products and funding initiatives. Previously she worked for a housing association looking after the sales and post sales teams, and prior to this her career was in banking.
Shahi Islam
Director of Affordable Housing, Homes EnglandShahi Islam is Homes England’s Director of Affordable Housing responsible for delivering the Affordable Homes Programme. Shahi has been at Homes England since 2013, serving in various leadership positions to support the management and delivery of a number of capital and revenue programmes. With close to 20 years in the sector, Shahi has extensive experience in housing working in roles covering policy, strategy and programmes. Prior to the Agency he worked at the Greater London Authority working in the housing investments and policy team.
Philip Jenkins
Executive Director Development, PeabodyPhilip joined Peabody with the Catalyst merger having been the Group Director of Development. With a property development career spanning more than three decades across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, he brings a wealth of housing experience. He’s also worked for companies including Taylor Wimpey, CityWest Homes, The John Lewis Partnership and SPAR.
Kelly McCabe
Managing Director, TMPKelly founded TMP The Mortgage People in 2005 and has overseen the brokerage’s sustained growth to become one of the UK’s leading Shared Ownership specialists. The company employs over 45 people (and counting) and helps thousands of customers each year to secure the places that become their homes. TMP is well known for its ‘amazingly helpful’ way of working and prides itself on collaborating with many of the biggest (and smallest) lenders in the market, as well as some 70+ Housing Association partners. Kelly’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and her investment in looking after her team and customers makes her a regular speaker at industry events. Kelly and her team also create and share comprehensive data reports, market updates and articles within the industry, and are responsible for Mortgage Ready, a unique app that allows prospective homeowners to calculate when they will be able to take their first step on the property ladder. In addition, she founded and runs a national event called Tea & Affordable Housing, which encourages closer links between Housing Associations and lenders.
Ruth Picknett-Powell
Shared owner, Sovereign Network GroupRuth lives in a Sovereign Network Group home in Wiltshire and joined the RBP in September 2021. She currently works for the DSTL as a project delivery team leader having spent the majority of her career in the NHS.
