Previously he was Director of the Living Wage Foundation where he worked with government, business and civil society to build a national movement of responsible employers. Before that, he helped to establish the London Community Foundation, which supports grassroots community groups in the capital. Rhys is a board member of the Carers Trust.

Steph is the Director of Acquisitions, Sales, and Partnerships at Housing 21. Housing 21 is a leading not-for-profit provider of Retirement Living and Extra Care. They provide safe, quality and affordable properties for older people. Steph oversees the National Sales team, achieving an average of 200 new home sales and resales annually across both Retirement Living and Extra Care sectors. Housing 21 has expanded by over 3,300 units through strategic acquisitions from other housing providers in recent years. Steph brings extensive experience in social housing, regeneration, financial, and legal services. Outside of work, she is also dedicated to her family, with two children and two dogs.
