Managing Director, The Mortgage PeopleKelly founded TMP The Mortgage People in 2005 and has overseen the brokerage’s sustained growth to become one of the UK’s leading Shared Ownership specialists. The company employs over 45 people (and counting) and helps thousands of customers each year to secure the places that become their homes. TMP is well known for its ‘amazingly helpful’ way of working and prides itself on collaborating with many of the biggest (and smallest) lenders in the market, as well as some 70+ Housing Association partners. Kelly’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and her investment in looking after her team and customers makes her a regular speaker at industry events. Kelly and her team also create and share comprehensive data reports, market updates and articles within the industry, and are responsible for Mortgage Ready, a unique app that allows prospective homeowners to calculate when they will be able to take their first step on the property ladder. In addition, she founded and runs a national event called Tea & Affordable Housing, which encourages closer links between Housing Associations and lenders.
Khuram Kaur
Sales Director, AnchorKhuram has over 16 years’ experience of working in the affordable and private home ownership sector, starting off as a sales executive and working her way up the professional ladder Khuram has a full understanding of every aspect of the sales and marketing process.
Khuram has recently been appointed as the Sales and New Homes Marketing Director at Anchor, specialising in OPSO and housing for the over 55’s.

Chief Executive, CoastlineAllister originally joined Coastline as Director of Finance in 2012, before becoming CEO in 2014.
After studying Physics at the University of Edinburgh he qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. His previous roles include Assistant Director of Finance at the Peabody Trust, and Director of Finance & Resources at Tree Aid (an African development charity).
He is a board member of PlaceShapers (a national family of placed based social housing organisations), and a member of the Cornwall Strategic Housing Group and the National Housing Federation’s Sustainability Strategy Group.
Jamie Ratcliff
Chief Communities and Sustainability Officer, SNGJamie sits on SNG’s Executive Board with responsibility for establishing a £100m community foundation, communications and political engagement, impact reporting and a new centre of excellence for research & innovation. He worked for predecessor organisation Network Homes, latterly as Executive Director of People, Partnerships, Sustainability & Technology where he oversaw high levels of colleague engagement and customer satisfaction.
He has nearly 20 years’ experience working at a senior level in housing at local, national and regional levels, including commencing the Stirling Prize winning Goldsmith St development and being responsible for housing for the current and previous Mayors of London. He has overseen the completion of affordable homes for over 150,000 people, implemented significant organisational and cultural change, personally negotiated multi-billion-pound affordable housing settlements, coordinated strategy, political and media engagement for the G15 largest London housing associations and successfully launched the UK’s first publicly available database of criminal landlords.

A previous shared owner of nearly seven years in London, he is currently Senior Corporate Communications Manager at Places for People.

Relationship Director, Pepper Money UKRob Barnard has over 30 years of knowledge and experience navigating successfully through the twists and turns of the UK Mortgage market. Rob has developed and executed sales and marketing strategies throughout his career to drive growth and maximise retention. In his role as Director of Intermediary Relationships, Rob is responsible for nurturing and developing key broker and distribution partners for Pepper Money.
Rob is passionate about mortgages but more importantly the people he works with within the industry. As a result, he is the host of The Specialist Podcast. A platform created to provide established and upcoming stars in the industry an opportunity to discuss everything mortgages and beyond.
