Want to pay by invoice and book online? No problem

You can now secure your booking and pay by invoice online. Please ensure that you have a PO number/reference ready before you start the booking process. You won’t be able to complete the order without it. If you would like to book online less than 10 days before the conference you will need to pay by card.

There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on Affordable Home Ownership 2024 prices.


Cancellations will be charged a £100 cancellation fee per person. The full fee is payable for any cancellations received after 3 May 2024.

What's included in my delegate ticket?

A delegate ticket includes full access to all sessions at the conference venue, lunch, refreshments and networking. Accommodation needs to be booked separately.
